This retreat is for anyone who wants to explore their inner child, understand old patterns, and experience gentle, supported healing in a calm and welcoming environment.

The week is relaxed and spacious, with guided group work, creativity, rest, and embodiment practices. If there's something you're struggling with or something you're curious about, this is a safe place to explore it with support.

The retreat is led by Marissa Boyce, an experienced and trauma-informed RRP and relationship therapist who brings lived experience and care to the work.
