A retreat to unravel and embrace through mythically enhanced & Surya inspired vinyasa, hatha and yin yoga practices. Yoga offerings are suitable for all levels of experience and ability and non yoga partners will be made very welcome. Sink into nature's wild, alive and awakening beauty and be nourished by resident chef Laura whose nutrition and health coaching skills embody each meal. Meditation, yoga nidra and journaling opportunities will be offered throughout the week and a group excursion to a local place of interest midweek is included in the price of the retreat. Arrive on an early flight on Sunday and be treated to lunch in nearby beautiful Riofrio.
